Cancellation Policy

Free/Promotional Services

For appointments that happen to be a free service via a promotion we are having, a card will be required to hold appointment. If you cancel outside our cancellation guidelines, $50 will be charged from your card on file.

For Individual/Couples Sessions

Out of courtesy for other clients' time and ours, cancellations must be done at least 12hrs prior to the appointment time, up to 10pm EST the day before the appointment date (preferably via text message and/or email). Cancellations done on time, won’t be penalized and can be rescheduled freely, however, cancellations made after will result in a loss of deposit made to reserve service booked and  $50 fee will be required or the service must be paid in full to reschedule appointment. 

Cancellations Made on Membership Fees

You have 60 days from the purchase date to cancel your yearly membership. Any cancellation made within 60 days, are granted a full refund unless a service has already been redeemed, in which case no refund is granted.

Same Day Appointment Scheduling

We prefer 24 hour notice on appointments, however, appointments made the same day must be done within 4 hours of desired appointment time and by phone call. This is based on availability, which means we cannot guarantee your booking but we will do our best to accommodate our clients as best we can. By booking a same-day appointment, you agree to paying the entire service price upon booking and understand that once booked, the sale is final and cancellations cannot be made however they are granted a chance for reschedule for an added $50 fee. 

Groups/Parties/Special Events

Depending on how detailed and extravagant your special event is, we require at least 1 year (maybe even 2 years depending demand) to 6 months advanced notice on major specialized group events to bring your event to fruition with premium quality. For simple events that require only massages, we ask that you reserve no less than 1 month prior to desired event date. With this in mind, cancellations or rescheduling (subject to availability) of events must be done 2 weeks prior to event date for simple massage parties. Failure to do so will result in loss of deposits made for the event (usually 50% of the event cost). Cancellations made involving any deposits made on other third party vendors for the specialized events past the cancellation cut off date given (which varies based on what is discussed between client and vendors), may result in loss of deposits depending on venders’ cancellation policies, which will be fully disclosed to client prior to planning event and whose refund policies are solely at their discretion. 

Single Classes/ Drop-ins

classes are nonrefundable  but can be credited should you be unable to attend a class you signed up for. Just let us know the day before and we will credit you. no credits are granted to no shows or late cancels. 

Virtual Class Pass

All sales final for Class passes. No refunds.  


Please understand that these are ONLY therapeutic services and any illicit or suggestive remarks, sexual misconduct or behavior on the client’s part, will result in an immediate termination of the therapy session, and may result in the loss of payment made for that session. Intoxication is not tolerated. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian and have a consent form signed prior to receiving any treatments.
